Can anyone use LOFT?
For sure! However, your Property Management Company needs to register with LOFT Living before you can sign up. Reach out to them if you can’t find your building on the list.
Where can I download the LOFT Living app?
In all the regular places — download the app from Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store. Search for "LOFT Living" and follow the instructions.
Is the app free of charge?
Yup, the app is totally free for all renters and residents. Enjoy all the perks and features without paying a dime—because making your life easier shouldn’t cost extra!
How do I create an account?
If you previously registered for ActiveBuilding, your account is already set up. Login with that same information. If you are new to LOFT Living, you’ll receive an email from your property with a registration link. You can also find your property at login.loftliving.com.
What features are available in the app?
The LOFT Living app offers seamless leasing, hassle-free moving, rewards, community news and updates, payments, and additional services like renter’s insurance and rent reporting — all in one place.
Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. We follow strict privacy standards, like CCPA, and use encryption to keep your data safe.
Are there any special offers or discounts available through the app?
Yes! LOFT Living provides exclusive deals and discounts for residents, which may appear in various areas of the app. Keep an eye out for new offers!
What if I move out of the community?
You can continue to access and use your account as long as you move to another LOFT Living-connected community. If your new community isn’t connected to LOFT Living, your account will stay inactive until it’s available for use again.
